Michael brings over 20 years of experience managing and growing client relationships in the financial services industry with a concentration in lending and title insurance. He continues to find new ways to support our long-standing partnerships through company initiatives. Outside of work, Mike spends his time with his wife and children and coaching football.
Nathan Chandler

Nathan brings over 20 years’ experience in the title and banking industries, growing multiple startups with revenue streams in origination, default, commercial, capital markets, technology, and title search. Bringing together his years of industry experience, relationships, and new technology, Nathan continues to find creative solutions to meet evolving market demands.
Jessica Medeiros

Jessica Medeiros, Chief Operating Officer
Jessica brings over 15 years of public and private company experience in the title insurance industry, including roles driving leadership, operations, technology, and strategy. She has managed complex large-scale operations, specializing in scalability and business process. Jessica helps drive business success by leading her team in developing and launching new products, streamlining processes, launching new entities, and developing solutions for clients. In both her professional and personal life, Jessica has a passion for puzzles and problem-solving. Outside of the office, her time is spent with her husband and spirited young daughter or immersed in a good book.
Sarah Blank

Sarah Blank, Executive Vice President
Sarah brings over 15 years of experience in operational oversight and client management across refinance, purchase, and REO. She leads the company’s strategic initiatives across multiple product lines to drive growth and operational excellence. Spending the majority of her tenure in both operations and client relationship management, her operational approach always lends itself to a client centric focused outcome. In her free time, Sarah is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and hiking with her family.
Ryan Goodman

Ryan Goodman, Executive Vice President of National Sales
Ryan has over 20 years of title and mortgage experience with over 10 years as a top sales executive. He has many long-standing relationships and is always looking for new opportunities to add value for our partners. Outside of work Ryan enjoys coaching and watching his children compete in a variety of sports. He also loves traveling with the family to new destinations when the opportunity arises.

Rebekah has over a decade of experience in the industry, having held various roles in client services, account management, and operations. Throughout her career, she has developed a unique ability to bridge the gap between clients and operations, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dogs, traveling and exploring new destinations to recharge and gain fresh perspectives.

Jamie brings over 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Drawing on
a background in operations, she is focused on helping individuals and teams thrive by designing and implementing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, exploring nature and re-charging.

Edward W. Stravato Esq, General Counsel
Ed has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining the Summit team, Ed was an attorney at one of the top law firms in the US practicing in the field of complex litigation and worked on some of the largest cases in New England history. He has held numerous leadership roles over the years and has extensive experience in operations management of large legal and professional teams. In his spare time, Ed enjoys volunteering in his local community.
David Carroll

David Carroll, Vice President of Client Services
With more than a decade of experience in the title space, David has a proven track record of successfully managing and growing national lender accounts. Prior to entering the title industry, David worked as a Loan Officer for a national mortgage company. David has blended his experience and both sales and customer service to build long standing relationships with his clients.
Amanda Williams

Amanda Williams, Vice President of Operations
Amanda has been in the real estate industry for 15 years, starting out at a law firm for five years and then transitioning into title insurance. She has held numerous leadership roles over the years in both Client Services and Operations. Amanda is solutions focused and always aims to provide the best customer experience to our lenders and borrowers. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and boating during the summer months.
Tom Skuba
Vice President of Operations
Tom Skuba, Vice President of Operations
Tom manages the company’s workshare and commercial services divisions, with an emphasis on process development for special products. He brings nearly three decades of experience in building successful teams to the role, across title insurance, local government, and the banking and hospitality industries. Tom enjoys buying and selling sports memorabilia in his spare time.
Derek Elmer

Derek Elmer, Vice President of Escrow Compliance
Derek brings over 15 years of experience in the title industry, having held a range of operational and leadership roles across residential and commercial real estate, with expertise in retail transactions and default resale. Derek oversees the company’s escrow accounts, ensuring compliance across all escrow and banking functions. Outside of work, Derek enjoys skiing, playing table tennis, and spending quality time with his wife and young daughter.
